Archie O'Brien is a student studying design. His final project led him to build what he calls CUDA. inspired by underwater exploration he wanted to do something along the lines of Seabob the worlds fastest underwater scooter but without the $17,000 price tag. CUDA is assembled from around 45 different 3d printed pieces coated in resin and sealed together using silicone. It propels you at 7 miles an hour under the water which is much faster than swimming. O'Brien to have CUDA in the market by early 2019.
