Located in St.Petersburg Russia, the Lakhta Centre Tower is the largest skyscraper in Europe standing at an approximate 1,515 ft tall. The building has over 80 floors and uses more than 16,000 pieces of curved glass. There will be a restaurant and an observation deck near the top of the building. Construction was finished back in June but, the interior is nearing completion. The designer said he wanted a building that was "light and elegant, something that captures light" and it looks to be just that.
